Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup (120 ml) coconut milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) veggie protein powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve cold.
  3. Enjoy!
