Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) oats
  • 2 ½ cups (625 ml) almond milk
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) flax seeds
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) cacao nibs
  • dash of cinnamon
  • for topping (optional): extra almond milk, honey, fruit

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight in an airtight container.
  2. Top with your favourite oatmeal toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
