Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) yogurt
  • 3 cups (720 ml) frozen mango cubes
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
  • ½ cup (120 ml) ice
  • ½ tsp (2.5 ml) cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp (1 ml) cardamom
  • ¼ tsp (1 ml) salt
  • sprinkle of cardamom, to garnish
  • sprinkle of cinnamon, to garnish

Directions

  1. Add yogurt, frozen mango cubes, milk, honey, ice, cinnamon, cardamom and salt to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  2. our into 4 frosty glasses. Serve with a sprinkle of cardamom and cinnamon.
