Ease of preparation
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- ¼ cup (60 ml) wildflower honey
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) chili flakes
- 2 pounds (900 g) carrots, trimmed and sliced lengthwise into halves, tops kept on oil, for grill
- Preheat barbeque to medium-high heat.
- Mix together olive oil, honey, salt, and chili flakes. Brush on carrots. Cook carrots on oiled grill until tender, flipping once.
