- 1 English cucumber
- 1½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup (60 ml) chopped cilantro
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) ground cumin
- ¼ tsp (1 ml) ground coriander
- salt and pepper
- Grate cucumber into a bowl. Squeeze out excess liquid. Add cucumber, Greek yogurt, cilantro, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt and pepper to a bowl and stir to combine.
