- 4 slices of bread
- 8 slices of mango
- 50 g of brie
- Fresh mint
- Fry bread on the grill, in the oven, or in a skillet.
- Cut flat slices of brie.
- Place brie on warm bread slices.
- Lay slices of mango on top of brie.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Decorate with mint and walnuts.
