Have you ever looked at an ice cream sundae (before digging into it) and thought, “could life get any better?” What if we told you that, yes, it could in fact improve with just a few more ingredients.
This late-night ‘fundae’ cocktail combines three of our (and possibly your) favourite things: coffee, alcohol and ice cream. You can make and enjoy this drink in any glass, but we highly suggest grabbing a champagne coupe just to turn it up a notch.
- ½ ounce cognac
- ½ ounce coffee liqueurs
- Coffee ice cream
- Pour the cognac and coffee liqueur into a Champagne coupe.
- Fill the glass the rest of the way with Champagne (but be sure to leave enough room for the ice cream).
- Add a mini scoop of coffee ice cream. Cheers!
