Before Paul met Tamara, he was ripping up the online-dating scene, going on 13 to 16 dates a week.

“Yeah, I was on a tear,” said Paul. “It was ridiculous.”

Thankfully, his future bride-to-be, Tamara, was one of those women who swiped right. And although she initially pegged him for a player, he ultimately won her over.

“He came across as a super gino, car-loving, superficial [guy]…but there was something about him that I could not shake,” she said.

Although the fun-loving couple spent plenty a night partying together until the sun came up, their connection goes so much deeper than their shared love of the nightlife.

“[I’ve] never been with someone who’s just so engaging and loving and forgiving,” said Paul. “When I’d finally come to that realization is when I proposed.”

But now that they’re engaged, the two are having trouble finding common ground when it comes to planning their big day. Neither wants a typical wedding venue, but that’s about all they can agree on.

Tamara’s imagining a whimsical and romantic wedding with simple decor and a beachy feel. Paul? Not so much. He’s in search of a venue with an industrial feel, high ceilings and lasers—yes, lasers. So they’ve turned to design and property expert Tommy Smythe for help finding a wedding locale that mixes romance with…well, laser beams.

Will Tommy be able to give them the wedding of their dreams? Watch the series premiere of Where to I Do? right here to find out!
