I have a suggestion for a program or a new show I’d like to see on your channel.

We always appreciate suggestions from our audience as to programs they’d like to see on Gusto, and every suggestion we receive is passed on to our programming department for consideration.

How do I find a recipe for a dish I saw prepared on Gusto?

You’ll find all of our available recipes in—you guessed it—our Recipes section. Some of our shows have limitations on which recipes are supplied, but if there is something you can’t find feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.

I’m a chef (or I know a great one). How do I get on Gusto?

We post all open casting calls to our social accounts (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), so stay tuned there for the latest. We are always looking for fresh voices (and palates!) to contribute to our site. Interested in producing content for GustoTV.com? Introduce yourself! We also love sharing great local chefs and restaurants from across Canada with our users. Share your latest creation or find with us using the hashtag #mygusto!

I can’t see GustoTV.com. Is there something wrong with my browser?

Gusto’s site was built using the latest technology. It’s faster, easier to use and, most importantly, more secure. Your browser, on the other hand, is out-of-date. In order to properly experience Gusto, you’ll need to upgrade your browser.

Here’s a list of browsers supported by Gusto:

Download one of these (free!) browsers to ensure the best web experience possible on Gusto and beyond.

While trying to watch video on the website, I received an “Adobe Flash Player is out-of-date” message.

Follow the instructions to update to the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

While trying to watch video on the website, I received a “Right Click to play Adobe Flash Player” or “Enable Adobe Flash Player” message.

Right click on the message within the video player and follow the steps to play video instantly. If that doesn’t work or isn’t available, follow the steps to enable Adobe Flash Player in your browser: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

How do I enable Adobe Flash Player in my browser?

To watch video on our website Flash plugin must be enabled. Follow the directions here: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

Why is Flash being disabled in my browser by default?

Browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari are disabling flash by default. In the coming months, we will have a new solution that will not require Flash and will meet all new industry standards. The transition will be seamless to our customers and video will continue to work.

I cannot view video on Gustotv.com. Is there someone I can contact to help me with this issue?

Please fill out the forms on Bellmedia’s video support page here and a customer service representative will contact you to help you with your issue.
